Whalehead |

Whalehead is approximately seven miles north of Dare and Currituck County line
and east of Monteray Shores. Whalehead consists twelve sections of three roads
running parallel to the ocean for roughly three miles. Oceanside homesites are
20,000 square feet and add a sense of space between homes allowing wonderful
ocean views. The oceanfront homesites are approximately 35,000 square feet. The
840 homesites which comprise Whalehead have private wells and septic. Most homes
have a well and water softening/treatment system for improved water quality.
There are five parking pads located throughout the community for beach access
along Whalehead Drive on Shad, Sturgeon, Perch, Bonito, and Sailfish. There are
no association fees and no amenities, "just the beach". |

Hill offers an oceanfront and oceanside swimming pool with
parking. Homesites range from 8,500 square feet to 20,000 square feet on the
oceanfront. Enjoy the 10-acre fishing lake within this community. Central water
